Exodus Sauvignon Blanc
Everything you expect from a Marlborough Sauvignon blanc.  Lots of  gooseberry fruit on the nose and palate with a refreshing acidity.
Macon Blanc Villages
A crisp, dry delicate and well balanced white Burgundy.
Pinot Grigio Novacuzzo 2004
A delicious, top quality Pinot Grigio from the Friulian hills of north east Italy.  This has fresh, delicate flavours of apple and melon.
Chablis St Jean 2004
Fresh, crisp and stylish French Chablis.  Something of a speciality of the house of Louis Max.
Pouilly Fuisse 2004
From the vineyards of the small French village of Fuisse, this full flavoured, elegant wine has just a hint of almond nuttiness.  Fine and very well balanced.
Mercury Les Caudroyes 2003
A very fine white Burgundy from a single vineyard on the Domaine de Louis Max.  Fermented and aged in new French oak barrels it is full flavoured and powerful but with elegant acidity.  Very fine.
La Pietra Blanco Di Toscana 2001 IGT
One of the few so called ‘Super-Tuscan’ white wines, from the tiny estate of Cabreo near Greve-in-Chianti. This is a big rich, barrel fermented and oak aged Chardonnay of the highest quality. Big, ripe fruit and vanilla are matched by delicate acidity to make a perfectly balanced wine of great depth and length. Very good indeed.
 
 
Le Jardin de Galatee 2004/05
This is a great little organic rosé from Chateau de Caraguilhes.  Soft on the palate and easy to enjoy.
Domaine des Anges 2004/05
A fresh, dry styled rosé, handmade by expert wine maker Ciaran Rooney on his tiny domaine near Mont Ventoux.  It is of exceptional quality and is everything a good rosé should be.
 
 
Dalwood Red
A medium bodied red wine with spicy aromas leading to generous cherry plum flavours.
Old Station Merlot
Medium to full bodied, very soft, very fruity.
Dalwood Shiraz Cabernet
Medium bodied red wine combining fresh briar and blackcurrant flavours with exotic hints of spice.
Rioja Navajas
Ruby red with a mouth-watering black fruit taste and pleasing intense finish.
Pinot Noir 2002
Captures that lovely gamey fruit of Pinot Noir with a hint of wild strawberry.  A delicious red Burgundy.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2003
Goud, sound Cabernet Sauvignon from central Spain.  Smooth and juicy on the palate with blackcurrant flavours.
Crianza Tinto de Toro 2000
Dark and rich, full of black fruits and hints of vanilla.  Very long on the palate.
Palandri Estate Shiraz
From the Margaret River region of Western Australia, this is a dark, swirling purple and black coloured, deep, dark and brooding wine tasting of smokey, brambley ripe plums and pepper.
Chateau la Cardonne 2000
This superb 2000 vintage is ripe and has fantastic balance and length.
